9U-12U Beginner Pitchers (Limited to 10 Pitchers)

Saturdays 10:00am-11:30am

Pitchers should know the basics of pitching and will be taught proper pitching mechanics to maximize power while staying efficient. As a result, players will increase speed through this program. We will also teach how to change speeds and provide an introduction into arm care exercises. All players will have in depth video analysis of their mechanics.

 

11U-12U Advanced Pitchers (Limited to 10 Pitchers) 

Saturdays 11:30am-1:00pm

Pitchers should throw with good velocity consistently in the strike zone at 50’ to participate in this group clinic. The 11-12U advanced is an in-depth pitching clinic developing off-speed pitches and maximizing velocity. All players will have in depth video analysis of their mechanics. Trackman will be utilized to develop off speed pitches and track movement and spin rates.
