MVP Strength Training Program

AVAILABLE FOR PLAYERS AGES 9U-12U

 

INCREASE BAT SPEED, THROWING VELOCITY, GAIN POWER,

INCREASE SPEED, AND INCREASE CORE STRENGTH

 

The MVP strength and conditioning program trains the muscles to advance your play on the field. Increase bat speed, throwing velocity, power, quickness, and core strength through our MVP Strength Training Program. This program is for the serious player; the player who has the desire to maximize his skills already achieved with strength and conditioning. The 3 training areas we focus on include flexibility, anaerobic, and resistance.

 

Each session includes a 60 minute workout followed by 30 Minutes of Hitting

 

Strength Training Program begins November 4th, 2024

2 available sessions 5:30pm or 7:00pm:

- Mondays 5:30-7:00pm (FULL)

- Mondays 7:00-8:30pm

 

November and December (7 consecutive Mondays) $235 

Single session: $40
