Players Will Have the Opportunity to:

• Run through a professional level warmup & arm care routine

• Receive video analysis & feedback on mechanics

• Throw on Trackman Unit & fine-tune pitch arsenal

• Learn about structuring a throwing program

• Receive Work on Fielding Their Position

• Work on Pickoff Moves to ALL bases

• Gain a Better Understanding About the Mental Side of Pitching
