INDOOR CAMP ADDITIONAL INFO

Dates: August 7th – August 9th 2023 (Mon-Wed)  
Times: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Ages 6-12 years old

We look forward to our indoor camp on Monday!

For our indoor clinic Monday, August 7th, please bring water, snack, and all baseball equipment. Please wear shorts or baseball pants and sneakers or turfs (NO cleats). Check-in 8:40-9:00am.We will have some snacks and water available, but recommend all players pack a snack and bring ample water/Gatorade. 

​

The format of our indoor clinic is slightly different than our annual summer camp. Each day we will have stations to hit, field, throw and go through agility workouts - using this time to get reps and make individualized mechanical adjustments. Once we get through the designated stations, we will have time for competitive games. To cap off the camp, Wednesday we will have pizza for the players and dodgeball and wiffleball games.
